This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website (www.dragonclantv.com), use our mobile applications, subscribe to our streaming services, or interact with our Platform in any way.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including visitors, Subscribers, and Creators. If you are a Creator, additional data processing terms may be set forth in your Creator Agreement.
By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our data practices, please do not use the Platform.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
Account Registration Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, username, password, and any other information you provide during registration.
Payment and Billing Information: When you subscribe to a paid tier, we collect payment information necessary to process your subscription. We use third-party payment processors (such as Stripe) and do not directly store your full credit card number, debit card number, or bank account information on our servers. Our payment processors' use of your personal information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Profile Information: You may choose to provide additional information such as a profile photo, bio, interests, Sacred Path preferences, or other optional details.
Creator Content and Materials: If you are a Creator, we collect the Content you upload (including video, audio, images, and text), metadata, and any associated materials you provide.
Communications: If you contact us via email, support forms, or other channels, we collect the information you provide in those communications.
Survey and Feedback Data: If you participate in surveys, polls, or provide feedback, we collect the responses you provide.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, including pages viewed, Content streamed, viewing duration, features used, search queries, click patterns, and navigation paths.
Device and Technical Information: We collect information about the device and software you use to access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, language preferences, and time zone.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity, preferences, and session data. See Section 7 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) for more information.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("log data") when you access the Platform, including your IP address, access times, pages visited, and referring URL.

If you are a Creator, we may also collect publicly available information about your audience metrics and content performance on other platforms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Platform Operation and Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; to process subscriptions and payments; to authenticate your identity; and to deliver Content and features to you.
Personalization: To personalize your experience, including content recommendations, Sacred Path suggestions, and tailored features based on your viewing habits and preferences.
AI Processing (Heidi AI/StudioCrew): To power our cognitive AI services, including automated content editing, clip generation, metadata optimization, content repurposing, distribution, and analytics. Your Content may be processed by our AI systems to generate derivative materials, recommendations, and performance insights.
Analytics and Platform Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, measure the effectiveness of features, and improve the Platform.
Creator Analytics: To provide Creators with aggregated and anonymized analytics about their Content performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.
Communications: To send you service-related communications (such as account verification, billing notifications, and security alerts), as well as promotional communications where you have opted in or where permitted by applicable law.
Safety and Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and the public.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests.
4. AI-Specific Data Processing
4.1 How Heidi AI Processes Your Data
Heidi AI processes Creator Content and certain user data to provide automated production services. This processing may include: analysis of video and audio content for automated editing and clip selection; natural language processing of spoken content for transcription, metadata generation, and content optimization; image analysis for thumbnail generation; and pattern recognition for content recommendations and performance analytics.
4.2 AI Training and Model Improvement
We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data derived from Platform usage to improve and train our AI systems. We do not use your personal information or identifiable Creator Content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
4.3 Automated Decision-Making
We use automated processes (including AI-driven algorithms) for content recommendations, content moderation, and Creator performance analytics. These automated processes do not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on individuals. 5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and content delivery networks. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes of providing services to us.
Creators: We provide Creators with aggregated, anonymized analytics about the performance of their Content. We do not share individual Subscriber personal information with Creators without your consent.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, in response to a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request), or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. We may also retain certain information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes.
When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time period, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it. Creator Content that has been published on the Platform may be retained in accordance with the applicable Creator Agreement and content licensing terms.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on the Platform. The types of cookies we use include:
Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function properly. These cookies enable core functionality such as authentication, security, and session management. They cannot be disabled.
Performance and Analytics Cookies: Help us understand how users interact with the Platform by collecting information about pages visited, Content streamed, and features used. This data is used in aggregate to improve the Platform.
Functional Cookies: Enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences, Sacred Path selections, and viewing history.
Marketing Cookies: Used to track visitors across websites to display relevant and engaging advertisements. We only use marketing cookies with your consent where required by applicable law.

8.1 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

9. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and destruction. Our Platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard security certifications and compliance programs.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 11. International Data Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers are located. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from those in your country of residence. Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, the Platform does not currently respond to DNT signals. We will update this Privacy Policy if we adopt a DNT standard in the future.
